An image’s alt tag provides a text description of the image, which is important for accessibility and SEO. The alt tag is used by screen readers to describe the image to visually impaired users, and it is also used by search engines to understand the content of an image. When choosing an alt tag, be sure to choose a descriptive term that accurately describes the image.
